Foam Panels

Foam

The foam does not shift or pack down, and it does not adjust to the shape of the horse’s back. It has the potential to be more flexible to saddles that are used on multiple horses at the same time. Foam can be beneficial to a horse with a broad back since the panels are thinner, resulting in less mass. This is an advantage over traditional saddle materials. Foam panels, in contrast to wool panels, cannot be easily adjusted and instead need the use of cushions and shims. Because of this, an improper fit can result in complications for both the rider and the horse. In contrast to wool, it does not deteriorate and alter form over time. One of its primary selling features is its capacity to maintain its shape and uniformity. It is also capable of successfully absorbing stress due to the greater cushioning force that foam possesses when it is suitably manufactured and installed.
